If it’s an emergency

For a toothache, a broken tooth or swelling in your gum, call us first. We keep time free for people in pain. See what to do in a dental emergency.

Go to a hospital emergency department instead, or call 000, if swelling is spreading towards your eye or down your neck, you’re finding it hard to swallow or breathe, or bleeding won’t stop. From Annerley, the nearest public emergency department is the Princess Alexandra Hospital on Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba. Use the emergency entrance on Cornwall Street.
