Before you book
Do you take my health fund?
Yes. We accept all health funds and claim on the spot with HICAPS, so you only pay the difference. With most funds, check-ups and cleans have no gap.
My child is nervous. What happens?
We take it slowly and try whatever helps your child feel comfortable before any treatment starts. There's a Kids Zone to wait in, too.
Are kids' visits bulk-billed?
If your child is eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, we bulk-bill it, so there's nothing to pay for covered treatment. It isn't automatic, so we check eligibility and the remaining balance before treatment.
Where do I park?
There's free parking at the rear of the building. We're on Beaudesert Road opposite Greencross Vet, about 200 metres from Woolworths.
Do you see DVA patients?
Yes. Veterans' Affairs patients have no gap to pay for treatment DVA covers. What's covered depends on your card, so we'll check with you before you come in.
